Returned Goods Policy
Goods shall not be returned to us without a
(RA#) Return Authorization number. Phone or e-mail us for number prior to shipping.
Goods returned without authorization will be returned at expense of the
customer.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany all
returns.
- Goods returned incomplete or in boxes
other then the original may not be eligible for credit. Credit will be issued
only upon inspection of returned goods condition.
- Special orders (non-stock items) and
material made to order or cut to length or size will not be accepted for
credit.
- Goods returned within fifteen (15) days
of delivery will incur a $30.00 dollar handling charge.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- No material will be accepted after
fifteen (15) days of delivery.
- Shipping charges must be prepaid.

Damage in Transit
Our packing is done with care to insure that
your order is received in good condition. with consideration given to type of article and carrier. Should damage occur,
please note the details on the freight bill and immediately file the proper
claim with transportation company. Damage in transit is the responsibility of
the carrier. Claims filed against the carrier are the responsibility of the
customer.
Shortages
Any errors in shipment must be reported
within Five (5) days of receipt of goods.
Warranty
We are an authorized distributor for
nationally recognized manufactures producing goods for the marine industry.
Many of the products distributed by our
company are warranted by the manufacturer.
As a distributor, we assume no liability for
the use of any items not of our manufacturer, and offer no warranty, either
expressed or implied, for such products.
Under no conditions are we as a distributor,
authorized to replace a defective item prior to submitting item to
manufacturer inspection for any warranty consideration.
Please Note: NO Warranty on
propellers and impellers once in use.
